Terms and conditions
- Our Bunglows are available only on rental basis for film shoots advertisements and serials not for private/public parties and functions.
- 50% Advance at the time of booking & balance before shoot.
- Rent is for 12 hrs. only.
- Rs. 9000/- per day will be charged extra for electricity.
- Rs. 4000/- per day will be charged extra for cleaning charges.
- No refund will be given if the shoot is cancelled of the scheduled date/s
- Management reserves the right of holding the shooting back in case of any discrepancies.
- No heavy material should be kept inside on the floor tiles except the required equipment.
- Management is not responsible for any loss theft or damage to the production property. It has to be looked after by the concerned production department. No material should be left behind after the shoot for which no responsibility will be borne by the management. No overnight stay by anybody.
- After the food and at the end of the days shooting trash has to be thrown at the designated place by the production staff/caterers/crew. The premises need to be cleaned and maintained neat all the time.
- The regular shift time is 8 hrs. Any overtime will be charged extra per hour for the location and the staff. It will have to be paid before OT starts.
